Load & Federate
Federate multiple IFC models on one shared origin — the first model sets the origin, every aspect model inherits the offset. Add point cloud scans (E57, LAS, PTS, XYZ) that inherit the origin, auto-scaled (mm/m) and auto-coloured.
Origin & Georeference Check
Verify the model sits correctly versus 0,0,0 and whether a georeference exists (IfcMapConversion, IfcSite lat/long, or Dutch RD/NAP). Catch a wrong origin before you judge anything else.
IDS / ILS Data Validation
Check the agreed information against an IDS file (BIM basis ILS, NL-SfB classification, materials, names, storeys, spaces) with pass/fail per rule. Build or edit your own rules with the built-in IDS composer.
Clash Detection (IFC–IFC)
Find real geometric intersections between models (services vs structure) with an adjustable tolerance to filter false positives. Isolate and focus per clash.
Verify Against the Scan
Compare model to point cloud: clash IFC–scan (solids touching the scan), plus verify — model objects missing in reality (red) and undocumented/extra objects present in the scan but not modelled (magenta). Set a minimum point count against stray points.
Coverage & Deviation Heatmap
See which solids have no scan points at all (coverage), and the model↔scan distance as a millimetre heatmap — where and how much reality and design diverge.
Measure, Section & Volume
Measure with snaps, read true IFC coordinates, compute object volume, isolate objects and cut sections with a CloudCompare-style clip box. SpaceMouse supported.
Report & Export
Document deviations in BCF 2.1 (with viewpoint and camera) and export clash, scan and IDS results to Excel — exchangeable with other BIM tools.
