3D Solution levert uitsluitend digitale producten. Er wordt niets fysiek verzonden en er zijn geen verzendkosten.
Levering
Direct na een geslaagde betaling ontvang je per e-mail je licentiesleutel, op het adres dat je bij het afrekenen hebt opgegeven. Dit gebeurt automatisch en duurt in de regel enkele minuten.
De software zelf download je via onze website. Eén download bevat alle modules; welke modules actief zijn, wordt bepaald door je licentiesleutel.
Niets ontvangen?
Controleer eerst je spam- of ongewenste-mailmap. Heb je binnen een uur na betaling nog geen licentiesleutel ontvangen, mail dan naar info@3d-solution.nl onder vermelding van je ordernummer en het e-mailadres waarmee je hebt besteld. We sturen de sleutel dan alsnog.
Verkeerd e-mailadres opgegeven?
Je licentie is gekoppeld aan het e-mailadres van je bestelling. Klopt dat adres niet, neem dan contact met ons op — we passen het voor je aan.

Delivery
Immediately after successful payment you will receive your licence key by email, at the address you entered at checkout. This is automated and normally takes a few minutes.
The software itself is downloaded from our website. A single download contains all modules; which modules are active is determined by your licence key.
Nothing received?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you have not received a licence key within one hour of payment, email info@3d-solution.nl quoting your order number and the email address you ordered with. We will resend the key.
Entered the wrong email address?
Your licence is linked to the email address on your order. If that address is incorrect, please contact us and we will correct it for you.
